Quality Control

Fundamental phases of the company’s production cycle are the control and testing of parts. With regard to the components that make up the equipment subjected to external treatments, hardness and dimensional conformity tests are carried out on the required characteristics.

The testing of the equipment can be carried out directly in-house using our presses, or at the final production site at the plants indicated by the customer. The parts produced in the pre-series phase are scanned using three-dimensional measuring machines. The reports thus obtained testify to the compliance with the requirements.
